Eligibility

• Open to residents of Lynchburg, VA and surrounding areas aged 18 or older.

• Participants must own or have permission to feature the pet(s) in the contests entered.

• Employees of Seven Hills Pet Wellness Center and their immediate families are not eligible.

Entry Guidelines

• One entry per person unless otherwise stated.

• Entries must be submitted by the contest deadline.

• All submissions must be original and owned by the entrant.

• No explicit, harmful, or inappropriate content will be accepted.

Submission Process

• Submit entries via the appropriate Form linked on our website. (Current Contests)

• Include your name, pet’s name, and contact information with your entry.

Contest Period

• Contests begin and end on dates posted with each contest.

• Late entries will not be accepted.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen by method described on the specific contest page. These include: Public Voting, Random Drawing, or a Judges Panel.

• Judges decisions are final.

• Winners’ names and pet’s names may be posted to our website and social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook & Instagram

Prizes

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

• Winners will be notified by Email or Phone within 7 days after contest ends.

Usage Rights

• By entering, participants grant Seven Hills Pet Wellness Center the right to share entries on social media, websites, and marketing materials with credit given to the owner.

General Conditions

• Seven Hills Pet Wellness Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Participation implies agreement to all rules and decisions by Seven Hills Pet Wellness Center.
